ATAB Property Ltd was founded on a simple but powerful belief: everyone deserves a home where they feel safe, valued, and supported—especially those living with Autism, ADHD, or mental health challenges.
Our journey is personal. After my younger brother was diagnosed with Autism in 2014, and later ADHD, we witnessed the day-to-day realities that individuals and families face. Through every milestone and challenge, one thing remained clear: the right home environment made all the difference. An empowering, stable, safe and compassionate living space provided him with the consistency and confidence he needed to grow.
That experience inspired us to offer something different—housing solutions that go beyond “a place to live” but a place to call home. We partner with supported living providers and local authorities to provide impactful, tailored property solutions. We focus on homes that are purpose-built, person-centred, and deeply respectful of individual needs.
Whether supporting children, young adults transitioning to independent living or adults with long-term support needs, we design and manage homes that foster independence, dignity, and well-being.

MEET THE TEAM
Nikiara Banton, Founder & Director
As the founder of ATAB Property Ltd, my passion for supported living housing began with my family. In 2014, my younger brother was diagnosed with Autism, and later with ADHD in 2025. Living alongside him, I saw how vital a stable, understanding, and empowering home environment was to his growth and confidence.
With a background in property and healthcare, I have combined personal experience with professional insight to create homes that meet both the emotional and practical needs of individuals with Autism, ADHD, and mental health challenges.
I believe that housing should never be a barrier to someone’s progress—it should be a foundation for it. That’s why I work closely with care providers, families, and local authorities to ensure our properties are not just well-maintained but truly supportive.
